System Architecture

Vehicle events are captured and processed at the edge using ANPR systems deployed at the lane level. Structured data including plate, timestamp, and classification is then transmitted to our platform for billing, enforcement, audit, and analytics. This architecture ensures low-latency decision making while maintaining centralized control of the data layer.

CSRK Mobility is led by Connor Gray, a veteran of the parking and mobility technology sector with nearly two decades of experience managing large-scale, high-volume vehicle assets.
Prior to founding CSRK, Connor served as a Director of Business Development for industry-leading AI-computer vision platforms, where he specialized in converting legacy infrastructure into scalable, data-driven revenue models. With a career spanning from boots-on-the-ground operations management of multi-million dollar budgets to negotiating enterprise SaaS partnerships for institutional REITs and municipalities, Connor brings a rare "operator-first" perspective to tolling technology.
At CSRK, he leverages this expertise to ensure that advanced ANPR and AI solutions translate into real-world results: maximized revenue integrity, reduced leakage, and deterministic performance at the edge.
